Hosted by The Housing Coalition of the Northern Shenandoah Valley
Wednesday, March 13th, 2019
Shenandoah University, Brandt Student Center
Join community leaders to begin a conversation to improve housing and neighborhoods for all residents by assessing where we are, learning best practices and how we can build strategic partnerships to shape the future. This community conversation focused on solution-oriented strategies led by Kai Degner utilizing Open Space Technology to facilitate this summit.
Like many communities across the nation, the Northern Shenandoah Valley is facing a crisis in addressing the critical shortage of affordable housing. This inaugural event will bring together a diverse group of people to share information, promote cross-sector partnerships and develop an action plan to create affordable housing solutions in our community.
Government leaders, developers, realtors, faith-based organization, nonprofits, civic groups, policy experts, school systems, EDA's and the community are all invited to attend. The more diverse representation of our community, the better the discussion and possible solutions.
There is no cost to attend the Housing Summit, however all participants MUST REGISTER. Please fill out the registration form below.
