United Way of Northern Shenandoah Valley has launched the Community Resiliency Fund to meet a sharp rise in local needs—from food insecurity to housing instability and other urgent essentials.
With many families facing higher costs and delayed federal supports, the fund allows United Way to act quickly, fill gaps, and strengthen the network of local nonprofits that keep our region stable.
“We’re seeing more working families fall through the cracks,” said Andy Gail, CEO of United Way NSV. The Resiliency Fund helps us respond fast and strategically—getting resources where they’re needed most.”
All donations stay in the Northern Shenandoah Valley to support emergency assistance through trusted community partners. Learn more or contribute here. Together, we’re building a stronger, more resilient Valley ready for whatever comes next.
