    • We learned today that we were approved to continue our school lunch (and breakfast) distribution program through Spring Break (April 6 through 13). Lunch is available for pickup between 11 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. M-F at each of our middle schools. We will begin also distributing a breakfast to go on Wednesday, March 25. We are also teaming up with Luke’s Backpack who will be distributing weekend to-go food for families over the weekend. While we have requested twice formally to not have to have students present to distribute a meal, the USDA program under which our meal distribution program is operating, as of today, still requires students to be present. The program we operate is in compliance with the USDA and is considerate of the safety and security of our staff providing this important service. (updated 3/23/2020)
