Charity Auction Item Donation Form  

For over 70 years the United Way of Northern Shenandoah Valley has provided resources that positively impact our community, making a difference in the lives of our residents, friends and neighbors. We rely heavily on the support of the community in order to continue to address the needs of the community. With a 38% increase in requests for grants from local non-profits it’s important that we reach our 2018 Campaign goal of $1,086,000. 

In order to do this, we are excited to introduce the first annual Giving Tuesday Auction (running Tuesday, November 27that Noon through Friday, November 30that noon) to benefit United Way NSV. Donated auction items will be sold through our auction platform and online presence, with bidding open to the entire community! Proceeds from the auction will benefit over 45 local non-profit organizations who receive funding through the United Way Impact Grant Program. 

Our auction will be prominently featured on the website. In addition, local media and radio stations will be promoting the auction through traditional media as well as our social media channels. 

Can you help us out with a donation of a product or service from your business? We will provide you a receipt for your donation with our tax ID number upon receipt of the item.

Items can be mailed to United Way NSV, 329 North Cameron St, Suite 201, Winchester, VA 22601. Items can also be picked up by coordinating with Chanley Grymes – cgrymes@unitedwaynsv.org. All items need to be received by November 16th, 2018.
